Manage the radio during the trip

As with conversation, the customer is king in the choice of music they want to listen to during the trip. Thus, it is fashionable to ask as of the assumption which radio station the customer prefers to listen to. If he does not have a very specific wishes but he does not refuse a musical background, we preferably choose a "go-anywhere" radio that will suit the greatest number. It seems preferable to avoid imposing a full trip with rap or hard rock for a passenger who has not asked for it.

Caring for its customers

In order to fully satisfy our customers, we offer them a few small services which will be much appreciated. We thus provide phone chargers of different brands thanks to which the customer can recharge a faulty battery during the race.

We also place bottles of water in the back of our vehicles, telling the customer that they can use it if they wish.We even offer candies, it's a little touch that always makes you happy. Finally, we don't hesitate to go to the newsstand every morning to get a few titles in the car: for our regular business customers, they may be interested in having newspapers available. A good VTC customer relationship, has to be kept on a daily basis!

Build customer loyalty

The customers of VTC drivers are regular customers. We give them our business card and communicate on our website by car as well as our services portfolio or our new services.

On the other hand, we check with our Client if he plans additional trips either to return or to go to another destination.

For the sake of transparency, we display our fixed airport fares on board, to show that our prices are really attractive to the customer.

Retaining our customers is essential for us

If our slots are unavailable for a Customer reservation, rather than refusing the ride, we refer our Customer to colleagues who are as professional as they are reliable.

The customer will therefore not be obliged to seek another solution temporarily or permanently. The customer wants to find a reliable partner.
